Fees
Our fees vary, depending on the length and formality of the performance, the number of musicians playing, and the resources of the presenting organization. The following are merely guidelines. We are always flexible and always willing to work with our sponsors!
Full-length concert (one hour): $300-$500
Church service with pre-service rehearsal with choir: $400-$500
Evening or afternoon program in a retirement community: $250-$300
Wedding with one rehearsal: $500
Outdoor informal performance, background music for party or celebration: $250-$300
Technical Requirements
Indoor performances
• Five straight-backed, armless chairs
• Music stands if available (or we can bring our own)
• Hand-held microphone for announcements and commentary between pieces
• Sufficient light to read music
Outdoor performances
(These are always subject to weather conditions. While we're a fairly hardy bunch, temperatures below 50 degrees are uncomfortable,
as is blinding sunlight and excessive heat.)
• Five straight-backed, armless chairs
• Music stands if available (or we can bring our own)
• Microphone if announcements are appropriate for this event
• Daylight or if night-time, sufficient artificial light to read music
